Who we are
Long Partners Development is an industrial general contractor. We operate under a valid construction and installation licence at the appropriate category level; our office is in Almaty, and we travel to other cities for coordination and approvals.
We build and upgrade industrial facilities nationwide: production buildings, steel structures, utilities, equipment supply and erection, plus commissioning support. Delivery models include general contracting and EPC-style packages when the project scale and technology warrant a single integrated scope.
How we deliver
We align engineering, procurement, steel and civil works in one accountability chain. That helps protect schedule and cost: coordinated programmes, checks at critical interfaces, and clear reporting for owners and investors.
On industrial sites, discipline across design packages and readiness for handover matter—we build that into site organisation and subcontract coordination.
